1 sachet in water at 90°C, ideally.

It can be brewed hot and then allowed to cool for a refreshing iced infusion.
For an extra treat, add a touch of plant-based milk to your infusion depending on your profile (Vata: almond or oat milk, Pitta: coconut milk, Kapha: coconut milk or rice milk)!
