Gingerly infusions are 100% organic certified by ECOCERT. Our herb supplier is organic certified by ECOCERT, as is the GINGERLY brand itself, which is also certified by ECOCERT. We have also had the ESAT, which packages the infusions, organic certified. The entire chain is therefore organic certified.

The packaging of our infusions is the result of extensive thought and testing to offer you uncompromising packaging: eco-responsible and beautiful. From the start of the project, we were committed to offering completely eco-responsible packaging to take care of the planet. Our boxes and individual sachets are made in France from recycled and recyclable materials.

Our food-grade kraft sachets are also recyclable. Our ecological labels are made from recycled materials. Our prints are made on 100% recycled paper.

Our infusions are prepared by our supplier in France, who adheres to Gingerly's specifications and recipes. These infusions are packaged by an Esat (Work-Aid Establishment) in LILLE.

Ayurveda is an ancient Indian medicine, recognized by the WHO since 1982.

“Ayurveda” means the science of life. This holistic and preventive gentle medicine aims to maintain a person's balance. To do this, its particularity is to consider the person as a whole (body, mind, emotions), and to provide comprehensive tools (diet, lifestyle, massage, yoga postures, meditation). Its other particularity is that it is customizable: each piece of advice will be adapted to the Ayurvedic profile, the "dosha".

We work with an ESAT (Establishment and Service for Aid Through Work) to contribute to the professionalization and inclusion of people with disabilities.

An infusion takes a few minutes to extract the benefits of the plants. We recommend letting it steep for a good 5 minutes, and during this time, you can enjoy a true wellness experience with our "Ten Minutes for Me" ritual (by scanning the QR CODE on the back of the packaging) to further rebalance yourself.

Gingerly ritual infusions are innovative hybrid wellness products that combine an organic Ayurvedic infusion with digital wellness experiences! The goal of the Gingerly ritual is to help you incorporate a 10-minute break into your daily routine to find balance with a wellness experience that works on your mindset, mental state, and body. The 10-minute ritual for me is a unique concept created and developed by Gingerly.

On the back of each box of our ritual infusions, you'll find a QR Code. As your herbs steep, scan the QR code and enjoy a new 5-10 minute wellness experience each time. You might discover short audio meditations, accessible chair yoga poses, or positive mantras/affirmations. Take the time to complete your experience in peace and quiet, then mindfully savor your infusion!

Our formulas are balanced, each plant has been carefully selected for its properties to provide you with all its benefits. The effects will be even more beneficial by combining the plants with the holistic experience. As an indication, you may feel the first effects after 15 days of consumption. Of course, this requires a healthy lifestyle and in no way replaces your doctor's advice.

The plants should be stored in their original packaging (cardboard box and food-grade kraft bag), which can be easily reclosed, in a cool, dry place away from light. Close tightly after use.

You can drink our infusions throughout the day and evening, as they are caffeine-free. However, the Kapha infusion, which is very stimulating, is best enjoyed during the day. We recommend starting your day with a cup of hot water before drinking your infusion. This will cleanse your body of toxins first thing in the morning.

Gingerly recommends that you eat a healthy and varied diet. You can find our tips and recipes on our blog or by following us on social media. Our infusions will rebalance you according to your Ayurvedic profile, but this does not replace your doctor's advice.

For pregnant women, we recommend you seek advice from your healthcare professional.

Make sure you are registered and logged into your account on the Site. Then, add the product you are interested in, make sure you choose the correct format (bulk, individual sachets, quantities, etc.) and indicate the desired quantity by clicking on "add to cart". At the end of your shopping, go to your cart to validate it and follow the indicated procedure (cart validation, billing and delivery address validation, choice of delivery method, payment).

You can pay by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, American Express) via the secure Stripe payment system. You can also pay for your purchases with PayPal.

Yes, it is totally secure, notably thanks to Stripe. Your confidential credit card data is never stored on the site and is requested from you with each online purchase.

Yes, you can print it if you wish. The invoice will be sent to you by email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Gingerly does its best to deliver to you as quickly as possible. Generally, an order placed before 12 PM is processed the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM are processed the next morning.
La Poste (French postal service) with tracked letter service indicates an estimated delivery time of 48 hours from dispatch. Delivery times are solely the responsibility of the carriers and under no circumstances can Gingerly be held responsible for failure to meet these deadlines.

Once your order has been processed by us and shipped, you will receive an email including the invoice with your parcel's tracking number. You can then go to the post office website (https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois) and track your parcel.

Please note that for any order (under a single order) of 60€ incl. VAT or more, delivery is free.

Shipping costs are refunded only in the event of an incorrect product, a defective product, or a damaged product.
