Dosha Test
Discover Your Ayurvedic Imbalance
In Ayurveda, an ancient Indian medicine system, there are three recognized "doshas", also known as Ayurvedic profiles: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
Answer our questionnaire to understand your current Ayurvedic imbalance and rebalance yourself holistically.
What is a Dosha?
The doshas are the main "constitutional types" (or "prakriti" in Sanskrit: birth constitution) in Ayurveda. They govern all the physical and psychological processes of our lives. They are based on a combination of elements essential to the functioning of all things: air, water, fire, ether, earth.
Each individual is a mixture of the three profiles in unequal parts, and one of the 3 doshas sometimes takes precedence over the others. This is how "Ayurvedic imbalances" (or "vikruti" in Sanskrit) occur, where one of the 3 constitutions is temporarily exacerbated.
These change regularly and can be caused by numerous factors (particular events, life stages, season, age, diet, lifestyle habits, etc.). The mission of Ayurveda is to restore and maintain balance and health holistically and naturally.
