Ayurveda, an ancient Indian medicine over 5,000 years old, meets today's needs. Through practical and sensible practices, Ayurveda is based on three doshas, specific to each individual. This ancestral medicine identifies the exact composition and deep nature of each person. Ayurveda allows you to rebalance your health, your mood, and your diet.
Ayurveda helps everyone address many ailments and thus improve their life balance. Ayurveda also helps you eat better and thus learn to live according to the cycles of the seasons and nature. Our balance varies depending on our lifestyle, and Ayurveda allows us to maintain a certain harmony in all circumstances.
Being attentive to your health and allowing a reconnection with your body — these are all the principles of Ayurvedic rituals. Observing your body to prepare it for your days or evenings is the key to well-being.
Dinacharya, 5 Ayurvedic rituals to practice
Waking up:
As soon as you wake up, you enter the Kapha phase of your day (from 6 am). You may feel that when you wake up, your body is slow, heavy, or even relaxed or calm; these are typical characteristics of the Kapha dosha. This is why Ayurveda recommends living to the rhythm of the sun and waking up before 6 am. The way you get up is important, as it will determine your day.
Tongue cleaning:
After getting up, Ayurveda recommends using a copper tongue scraper to clean your tongue and remove the white film. Even before brushing your teeth or drinking a glass of water, clean your tongue to eliminate as many toxins as possible.
Drink a glass of hot water:
After cleaning your tongue and mouth, drink a glass of hot water to cleanse your metabolism and digestive system. You can then drink one of our Ayurvedic infusions to rebalance your dosha.
Meditation:
Morning meditation allows you to be aware of your surroundings when you wake up. This method is ideally practiced alone, to avoid all distractions and thus allow you to reconnect with yourself.

Taking 10 minutes for yourself every day, quite a challenge, isn't it?
