Why have an Ayurvedic consultation?
An Ayurvedic assessment is a consultation with a qualified/certified Ayurveda professional and is primarily a way to get to know yourself better! But why bother making an appointment for a consultation?
Let's take a look at the many benefits of an Ayurvedic assessment!
First of all, make sure you choose your Ayurvedic practitioner carefully! It is essential to refer to competent individuals to receive the best advice while respecting your health. To ensure you have a consultation with a professional, you can refer to the directory of certified Ayurvedic practitioners on the Ayurvéda en France association's website (www.ayurveda-france.org).
Know that you don't need to feel out of balance or suffer from a pathology to benefit from an Ayurvedic consultation. On the contrary, it allows you to live even more in harmony with yourself, your body, and your lifestyle, thereby maximizing your well-being!
An Ayurvedic therapist will provide you with numerous practical and comprehensive tips for various aspects of your life. These will be highly personalized, all within 1h30 (the average duration of a consultation for an Ayurvedic assessment).

Personalized advice, how?
The Ayurvedic therapist will assess your constitution based on your answers and observations!
Each individual can have various constitutions, combining one or more doshas.
Your basic constitution, or prakriti, is determined by your parents' doshas at the time of conception, their physiological and physical differences, state of health, and mind... Subsequently, the balance of prakriti varies depending on numerous factors such as age, significant life events, lifestyle, and/or dietary habits... These factors determine your temporary imbalances, called vikruti.
Want to quickly discover your Ayurvedic imbalance? Take our short test and find out in 2 minutes!
Once the practitioner has determined your basic constitution and your temporary imbalance (prakriti + vikruti), they will then be able to advise you in perfect harmony with these findings!
